The Department of Energy’s (DOEs) practice is to make comments, including names and addresses of respondents, available for public review, including publication on the Internet. DOE will not consider anonymous comments, so you must provide a name and address.

DOE will make all submissions from individuals, organizations or businesses, and from individuals identifying themselves as representatives or officials of organizations or businesses, available to the public in their entirety.

This Comment Form is intended to provide interested parties a convenient means of submitting comments specific to the environmental analysis of the Project. Comments including questions will not be answered directly, but may be included and considered during the impacts assessment process. Questions regarding the EIS process or specific project details should be directed to Brian.Mills@hq.doe.gov.
